The research entailed a theoretical study of previous research and studies to find the foundations of the program and build a list of appropriate language performance skills for learners at the primary stage. The research tools and procedures were presented: Prepare a list of language performance skills suitable for learners at the primary stage. Preparation of the proposed program based on cognitive apprenticeship to develop the language performance skills of linguistically weak learners at the primary stage. Prepare a teacher's guide for teaching the proposed program to develop the language performance skills of linguistically weak learners at the primary stage. Preparation of a test to measure the language performance skills of linguistically weak learners at the primary stage. Preparing a measure of academic ambition for linguistically weak learners at the primary stage and selecting the research group of learners in the fourth grade of primary school. Apply the test to the research group beforehand, apply the proposed program using cognitive apprenticeship, and then apply the test afterward. After the completion of the experiment, the statistical treatment of the scores of the pre- and post-applications was conducted. Several results were reached, the most important of which are: The existence of statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the mean scores of the research group members in both the test and the observation card in favor of the dimensional test.
