The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of Marzano's Learning Dimensions Model in developing the reading comprehension skills of third grade students in the primary stage in Al-Kharj Governorate. Students and an experimental group of (15) students. The study tool was a pre and posttest. The test included four main skills of reading comprehension (literal- deductive - appreciative - creative) and designed the teacher's guide. The study results were as follows: There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the ranks mean scores of the students of the control and experimental groups in the post-measurement in the literal comprehension skills, inferential comprehension skills, appreciative comprehension skills, creative comprehension skills, for the benefit of the experimental group students.
