This study aimed to examine the reality of organizational agility and its relationship to human resource development for a sample of faculty members working at the College of Education at the University of Bisha in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study relied on the correlative descriptive approach, and the use of a questionnaire tool to obtain the required data, and the field study was applied to a random sample of faculty members at the University of Bisha in Saudi Arabia (219 items). The results concluded that the degree of achievement of organizational agility indicators at the University of Bisha came at a high level, as well as for the degree of achievement of human resources development indicators.
