This study aimed to identify: the degree of practicing the sustainable leadership by the academic leaderships from teaching staff members' point of view at Taif University in regard to these dimensions: creating sustainable education, ensuring continuous success, maintaining others' leadership, achieving social justice, developing human and physical resources, and developing varieties and environmental abilities; whether there were statistically significant differences at the level α ≤ 0.05 between the degree of practicing the sustainable leadership at Taif University from teaching staff members' point of view attributed to the variables of gender, academic title, and years of experience. To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive scan approach was used in this study through administrating a questionnaire to the sample of the teaching staff members at Taif University; their number is 336, The findings of the study revealed that: the degree of practicing the sustainable leadership by the academic leaderships from teaching staff members' point of view at Taif University was high in that the dimensions were ranked respectively as: creating sustainable education, ensuring continuous success, developing human and physical resources, maintaining others' leadership, and achieving social justice; there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of the respondents attributed to the dimensions of gender and academic title while there were statistically significant differences between the responses of the respondents attributed to the dimensions of years of experience. The most significant recommendations introduced in this study are: 1) introducing training courses and workshops to the academic leaders at Taif University on the sustainable leadership activities to be aware of every new in this field in order to make the degree of practicing leadership very high. 2) preparing programmes for field visits to prestigious world universities that adopt sustainable leadership significantly to make use of their experiences, identify challenges the encountered them, and how they solved them, establishing a special. 3) sustainable administration at Taif University to contribute to developing the sustainable philosophy of the university, keeping its institutional accreditation, and being in line with world trends.
