The aim of the research is to see the impact of strategic intelligence on developing the performance of managers in the General Administration of Education in Jeddah by studying the impact of strategic intelligence provided by senior management, seeing the impact of the three dimensions of strategic intelligence (systems thinking, vision, and motivation), and then studying its contribution to developing the performance of managers. The researcher relied on the analytical-descriptive approach and used the electronic questionnaire as a tool for data collection after reviewing previous studies and arbitrators' arbitration, and a selected sample was selected through a comprehensive survey on all departments affiliated with the Jeddah Education Department. The study reached a number of results, namely: The high level of application by senior management For the General Administration of Education in Jeddah, for strategic intelligence with its three methods (systems thinking, vision, and motivation), there is a direct positive relationship between the application of strategic intelligence by senior management and the development of performance for managers. The study reached several recommendations, the most important of which are: the need to provide administrative training courses related to the application of strategic intelligence to managers in general in educational and non-educational departments; introducing managers in the administration to the management style of strategic intelligence to ensure their acceptance of its application both in their administrative department and among their colleagues; and taking into account the proposals of managers in the process. Developing the General Administration of Education in Jeddah and making them more involved in making final decisions in the administration Finally, I recommend applying the research to a number of education departments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to reach a comprehensive vision of the reality of the impact of strategic intelligence on developing performance.
