This study aimed to identify the degree of primary schools principals’ employment of electronic communication tools and their relationship of achieving the school discipline from the point of view of teachers in the state of Kuwait. To achieve the goals of the study, it followed the correlative descriptive approach. A questionnaire was taken as a tool to collect data, as it consists of two axes: the first one is the electronic communication tools which includes (20) paragraph. The second one is the school discipline which includes (10) paragraph. It was applied to a random sample consisting of (153) male and female teachers from the primary stage in Kuwait. By using the appreciate statistical methods, a limit of results has been reached, the most important of which are: Perceptions of the study sample came about the degree of school principals’ employment of electronic communication tools with a medium degree. The perceptions of the study sample about the degree of discipline achievement for primary school students came with a high degree. A positive correlation between the degree of employment of principals of primary schools for the electronic communication tools and achieving school discipline among primary school students. The study came out with several recommendations such as: more seminars and workshops must be held for school administrators in order to improve the use of electronic communication tools in educational systems. Increasing efforts to achieve school discipline and reduce behavioural problems faced by schools. (Published abstract)
