دور الإدارة المدرسية في تحقيق الانضباط السلوكي لدى طالبات مدارس التعليم العام بمدينة عرعر من وجهة نظر المرشدات الطلابيات
This study aims to reveal the degree of practice by the school administration in the preventive and therapeutic role to achieve behavioral discipline among female students of Arar public education schools from the female students 'mentors' perspectives; to know the most statistically significant differences between all the sample responses according to the following variables: (educational stage, educational qualification, and years of experience in mentoring and counseling). The study tool, a questionnaire that was applied to the study sample of 65 female students counselors. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach. The findings showed that the general average of the school administration role in achieving behavioral discipline was of a high degree; the degree of school administration practice for the preventive role was also of a high degree; the degree of school administration practice for the therapeutic role was of an average degree, and the degree of contribution of the preventive role to the therapeutic role was of a high degree. There are no statistically significant differences for the role of the school administration in achieving behavioral discipline ascribed to the variables of (educational stage, academic qualification, and years of experience in mentoring and counseling).
