The study aimed to demonstrate the relationship between the application of digital leadership represented by (good leadership- learning culture in the digital age- excellence in digital practice- digital citizenship) with improving the performance of human resources management (planning- recruitment- wages and incentives- performance evaluation- professional development) in universities. Saudi Arabia. The study used the descriptive approach in its correlational style, and the questionnaire was a tool for collecting data. The study population consisted of all faculty members at the universities of (Taybah, Tabuk, King Saud, Jazan), who numbered (9307), and the study sample consisted of (705) faculty members distributed among The four universities were chosen using a simple random sampling method, with a percentage of 7.57%. The study found that there is a (direct) correlation between the study sample’s scores on the dimensions of digital leadership, each dimension separately, and the axes of human resources management, each dimension separately. They are all statistically significant at the level (α ≤ 0.05), meaning that they are strongly directly related. The more one increases, the other increases, and vice versa. (Published abstract)
