الأداء الوظيفي للمعلمين في مدارس لواء الشمال من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها
The study aimed to identify the reality of teachers’ job performance in schools in Northern District- within the Green Line from the point of view of their employees. The study was applied to a sample of (269) individuals working in schools in the northern region. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was built that consisted of (30) items and after verifying its validity and reliability was applied. The most important results reached by the study were that the degree of job performance of teachers in schools in the northern region was high, with no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤0.05) for the degree of job performance of teachers in schools in the northern region from the employees’ point of view, due to gender, job title, academic qualification, and years of experience. The researcher recommends needs for teachers to apply the skills acquired from training courses in the field of work, use multiple means to evaluate the performance of students, and participate in educational courses and meetings organized by the school.
