The study aimed to identify the reality of using infographics in teaching science at the secondary stage from the perspective of science teachers in the Makkah region, reveal the obstacles facing its use, and identify proposals to improve this use from their perspectives. To achieve this, the descriptive survey approach was followed, a questionnaire was designed for the collecting data purposes, and the study sample included (395) science tea representing (37.61%) of total study population. The study results reached the following: The reality of using infographics in teaching science at the secondary stage from the perspective of science teachers in the Makkah region was moderate, with a mean (1.90 out of 3), while the obstacles to using infographics in teaching science at the secondary stage from their perspectives were high, with a mean (2.38 out of 3), and the most prominent of which is the scarcity of courses that develop the skills of science teachers in designing and producing infographics, and the scarcity of providing financial support allocated to providing infographics and their necessary devices for teaching science. Also, the proposals to improve the use of infographics in teaching science at the secondary stage from their perspectives received a high degree of approval, with a mean (2.54 out of 3), and the most important of these proposals were to reduce the burden on the science teacher so that he can devote himself to teaching and applying modern technologies, including infographics, in teaching science, and providing devices and the Internet in schools, with continuous technical follow-up. The study presented a set of recommendations and proposals, including that the General Administration of Education in the Makkah region hold intensive training courses and workshops aimed at improving the reality of science teachers’ use of infographics in teaching science at the secondary stage, and that those responsible for teaching and learning science adopt proposals that would improve the use of infographics in teaching science at the secondary stage chefs in government secondary schools in the Makkah region, which.
