This study aimed to explore the use of generative artificial intelligence tools in improving the teaching performance of female administrative sciences teachers at the secondary stage in Taif Governorate, in terms of importance, requirements, and challenges. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was employed, and a questionnaire consisting of (40) items was developed was applied - after ensuring its validity and reliability- on the study sample, which comprised (68) female administrative sciences teachers in Taif Governorate. The study findings of the study showed that the importance of using generative artificial intelligence tools in improving the teaching performance of female administrative sciences teachers in Taif Governorate was high (M=4.14), the requirements for using generative artificial intelligence tools in improving teaching performance were high (M=3.57), and the challenges facing female administrative sciences teachers when using generative artificial intelligence tools were high (M=3.74).The study findings also showed that the academic qualification had no impact on the responses of the sample members regarding the use of generative artificial intelligence tools in improving the teaching performance of female administrative sciences teachers at the secondary stage in Taif Governorate, in aspects of importance, requirements, and challenges. There was an effect of the type of academic qualification on the requirements for the use of generative artificial intelligence tools in favor of non-educational female teachers. The findings also showed an effect of years of experience on the importance and requirements of using generative artificial intelligence tools. In light of the study findings, it is recommended to support female administrative sciences teachers and motivate them to continue using these tools, raise awareness based on training on the mechanisms for using these tools, involve research centers in universities to seek the best ways to activate these tools, and hold scientific workshops to clarify the guidelines approved by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority to ensure the safe and ethical use of these tools.
