The study aimed to identify the degree of innovative leadership practice among secondary school principals in Jeddah from the point of view of the teachers, in terms of the following dimensions: (administrative interaction, administrative work environment, innovative behavior) and detecting whether there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α<0.05) in the degree of innovative leadership practice among secondary school principals in Jeddah due to the following variables (educational qualification- years of experience- training programs): (educational qualification, years of experience and training courses). The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study population consisted of all secondary school teachers in Jeddah for the second semester of the academic year (2021 AD), and their number was (4019) female teachers. It consists of (25) phrases distributed on three axes: (administrative dealing, administrative work environment, innovative behavior). The study reached the following results: The practice of innovative leadership among the principals of secondary schools in Jeddah from the point of view of the teachers came at a (high) degree, where the general average of the total sum was (3.60), with a standard deviation of (0.707), and the study concluded that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of responses. The study sample for the degree of innovative leadership practice among secondary school principals in Jeddah is attributed to the variable of academic qualification, years of experience, or number of training courses. The study recommended a number of recommendations, most notably: adopting innovative leadership in educational institutions as one of the modern leadership methods, with the need to include innovative leadership as an essential element in the performance evaluation card for school principals and emphasizing the involvement of parents and community institutions in putting forward innovative ideas that serve administrative work and its development.
