The study aimed at revealing the requirements for developing action research practices for public education teachers in Tabuk city, from the point of view of female teachers, school principals and educational supervisors, revealing the presence of statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members according to the variables: (nature of work, academic qualification, type of education). To achieve this, the descriptive survey method and the questionnaire as a data collection tool were used. The study population and its sample consisted of all female teachers, principals and educational supervisors in public education from public and private schools in the city of Tabuk, their number is (5681). The study sample consisted of (300) female teachers, principals and supervisors. The results showed that the degree of performance of the requirements for developing action research practices for general education teachers in Tabuk city in general came within the average degree, with an arithmetic mean of (3.11), followed by the personal requirements in the first place with an arithmetic mean of (3.31), then the qualifying requirements with an arithmetic mean of (2.95), and finally the regulatory requirements with an arithmetic average of (2.87). the study recommended the importance of achieving the organizational, qualifying and personal requirements necessary to develop action research practices for public education female teachers in Tabuk city through: activating research partnerships between higher education and public education, motivating teachers to participate in competitions for the best research, reducing the administrative burden of female teachers, focusing on the applied aspect when implementing training workshops for procedural research, and allowing female teachers to attend local and international scientific seminars and conferences to enrich their research expertise.
