This study aimed to identify how faculty members at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University employ electronic collaborative learning in their teaching. It also sought to present proposals to activate it in the educational process; To achieve the study's objectives, the researcher used the descriptive survey method. Accordingly, the researcher designed a 28-item questionnaire classified into three constructs. The study sample incorporated (155) female students and (74) members of the teaching staff in the colleges of Sciences and Humanities in Hotat Bani Tamim and Al Dilam; The study yielded the following findings: 1) The student sample members moderately agree that the teaching staff of the Departments of Islamic Studies collaborative learning. The mean of the agreement was (2.29), which falls in the second category of the scale developed by the researcher. 2) The student sample members agreed on the importance and benefits of electronic collaborative learning, with a mean of (2.54), which falls in the first category of the scale set by the researcher. 3) The faculty sample members agree with the proposals that contribute to activating the electronic collaborative learning with a mean of (2.82), which falls in the first category of the scale set by the researcher. Therefore, the researcher presented several recommendations, including The necessity of activating electronic participatory learning in teaching Islamic studies courses owing to its impact on improving and developing the educational process and providing learners with personal and social skills.
