أثر أخلاقيات العمل الإداري على تنمية القدرات الإبداعية لدى الأكاديميين في جامعة نزوى من وجهة نظرهم
The study aimed to measure the impact of administrative work ethics on the development of creative abilities among academics at the University of Nizwa, and the study population consisted of all academics at the University of Nizwa, numbering (704), where a sample of (172) academics was taken, and the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, and the researchers used the questionnaire as a tool for their study, and the sample was selected in the available way. The results of the study showed that the degree of administrative work ethics among academics at the University of Nizwa from their point of view was average, and that the level of creative abilities of academics was average, and the results of the study also showed a positive effect statistically significant at the level of significant significance (0.05) for the impact of administrative work ethics on the level of creative abilities of academics at the University of Nizwa, where the value of the correlation coefficient was (0.59) and explains 35% of the changes in the level of creative abilities resulting from the impact of administrative work ethics. The researchers recommended conducting additional field studies to analyze the relationship between administrative work ethics and creative abilities more accurately, taking into account various cultural and institutional factors.
