The study aimed to investigate the attitudes towards apply Kaizen methodology for continuous improvement on administrative performance in education directorates in the Sultanate of Oman. The study utilized a descriptive approach, where a questionnaire was administered to a sample of 190 male and female employees after ensuring its validity and reliability. The study found that the degree of application of the Kaizen methodology for continuous improvement and the degree of administrative performance were both high. Additionally, the study concluded that there is a strong and statistically significant positive correlation between the application of the Kaizen methodology for continuous improvement and administrative performance. The results of linear regression analysis showed that the impact of applying the Kaizen methodology for continuous improvement can predict 75% of the level of administrative performance. Based on the study results, it is recommended to continue applying the Kaizen methodology by department managers and section heads to improve administrative performance, ensuring the achievement of optimal results and beneficiary satisfaction. They should also allocate work and functional tasks among employees to minimize effort and wasted time. (Published abstract)
