This research aimed to investigate the importance of adaptive e-learning environments in secondary schools, reveal the importance of self-regulated learning among female secondary school students, and highlight the goals of cybersecurity at secondary schools. The researcher adopted the desk descriptive approach and the documentary approach as the two approaches for the study, with the reliance on numerous peer-reviewed sources and references in order to achieve the present research's objectives. The research achieved several findings, most importantly the following: an adaptive e-learning environment is more effective and efficient, especially with the advancement of technology; an adaptive e-learning environment provides the ability to diversity educational resources provided to each learning with accordance to their responses during the learning path via adaptive software; self-regulated learning significantly influences students' lives, as it boosts individual achievement at all assigned tasks in general; and the goals of cybersecurity include providing a reliable safe environment for transactions in information society and providing infrastructures with sensitivity to electronic attacks. The researcher presents several recommendations, most importantly the following: the necessity of designing an adaptive e-learning environment with accordance to prior knowledge and learning objectives; working on developing self-regulated learning skills and cybersecurity awareness among female secondary school students; and allocating attention to training teachers on designing; an adaptive e-learning environment with accordance to prior knowledge and learning objectives.
