The study aimed to identify the problems faced by science teachers when using the learning resource center at the elementary level from their perspective. The researcher employed a descriptive approach by administering an electronic questionnaire to a sample of randomly selected participants. Out of the total population of 93 individuals, 48 held positions as elementary school teachers, while 35 were secondary school teachers, and 10 were middle school teachers. The study revealed that the level of ethical, administrative, and environmental problems faced by science teachers when using learning resources at the elementary level was moderate. The results also showed no significant differences in the level of problems faced by science teachers when using learning resources based on specialization, as well as no statistically significant differences for all three domains. Additionally, there were no statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level for the problems (ethical, administrative, environmental) faced by science teachers when using learning resources at the elementary level based on the grade level. However, there were statistically significant differences in the domain of ethical problems based on the grade level. The study recommended several suggestions, including emphasizing the importance of having an effective learning resource center in schools and encouraging and motivating outstanding teachers to use the resource center.
