The study used a descriptive approach and utilized a questionnaire as a tool for data collection, consisting of (30) items distributed across (3) axes. The study population included all science teachers in middle schools in Mecca, and the study sample comprised (181) teachers. The study revealed several results, including a high level of awareness among teachers about the objectives sought by classroom activities to develop scientific values. Additionally, there was a high level of obstacles to classroom activities in developing scientific values. The study recommended moving away from traditional teaching methods where students are mere recipients and focusing on interactive teaching methods to ensure active student participation. Furthermore, it suggested conducting training courses in classroom activities to train teachers to focus on active and effective teaching methods. (Published abstract)
