The study aimed to unveil the effect of Landa’s Structural Model in developing an In-depth Scientific Knowledge in the science course among Female Intermediate School Students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To achieve this goal, the experimental method was used based on a quasi-experimental design for two independent groups. The study sample consisted of (60) third intermediate grade female students, divided equally into two groups: an experimental group that studied the topics of the sixth unit (electricity and magnetism), using Landa’s Structural Model, and a control group that studied the same topics in the conventional method. The study material was the preparation of a teacher’s guide based on Landa’s Structural Model, and the study tool was the preparation of an in-depth scientific knowledge test consisting of (21) multiple-choice items. The study showed statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤0.05) between the mean scores of the female students of the experimental and control groups in the in-depth scientific knowledge test in the post-application favoring the experimental group. It showed that the effect size of the Landa Structural model in developing in-depth scientific knowledge in the science course among female students was very large. In light of the study’s findings, a number of recommendations were made, the most prominent of which is designing a training program for science teachers to employ Landa’s Structural Model in teaching science to male and female third-year intermediate students.
