مقترحات المديرات والمعلمات بمدارس الطفولة المبكرة في جدة لمعالجة الفاقد التعليمي في ضوء جائحة كورونا : دراسة حالة

This study aimed to explore the suggestions of female headmistresses and teachers of primary classes on tackling the educational loss during the corona epidemic with students of primary education at public early childhood schools in Jeddah. To achieve this objective, a qualitative research methodology based on a case study, was used. A systematic interview, involving (9) semi open questions, was used as a research tool to be administered to (6) participants (i. e., (3) headmistresses and (3) teachers), selected purposively from early childhood schools, who had multiple experiences in various specializations. After analyzing the data objectively, the findings revealed that treating the educational loss with the primary education students could be done through suggestions related to: enacting partnership between school and family, enacting the role of school administration, the importance of teacher's role, enacting the role of education administration, and the importance of scientific studies. However, the teachers added other suggestions, namely: enacting learning resources and investing in the school library, investing the techniques of Manasat Madrasati, and enacting the role of vocational societies. Finally, the study recommended the education administration to create training programmes so as to develop male and female teachers' teaching performance and students' education, and integrate technology into education through using educational platforms such as Manasat Madrasati. In addition, the study confirmed the importance of conducting research and using findings in developing curricula and students' achievement level, enacting the vocational learning societies between teachers inside and outside school, and the direction of rogrammes to tackle the educational loss with the primary education students.
