The study aimed to identify the scientific drawing skills that students must have to perform the scientific drawings included in the biology course for the first grade of secondary school. It also aimed to identify the level of performance of female students for the scientific drawing skills included in the biology course for the first grade of secondary school. The researcher used the survey descriptive method. The study sample included (260) first-grade secondary female students at the General Department of Education in Qassim. Checklist for scientific drawing skills. The study found that: scientific drawing skills consist of (7) main skills, and (16) sub-skills; the level of performance of the first-grade female students of the scientific drawing skills included in the biology course was "average", as the skills proficiency, as a whole, was 71.67%, with an average of 34.40. The level of performance of the first grade female students for the skill of choosing the right lines for drawing the figure and its parts was "high", as the proficiency was 79.68%; it came in the first place in terms of the level of performance. The level of performance of the first-grade female students of the free drawing skill by hand was "high" as the proficiency was 79.02%; it came in the second place in terms of performance level. The performance level of the rest of the scientific drawing skills was "average." The skill of using the appropriate scale to draw the figure came in the third place, with proficiency of 74.39%. The skill of drawing the overall shape correctly came in the fourth place, with proficiency of 72.25%. The skill of naming the shape came in the fifth place, as proficiency was 65.32%. The skill of distributing elements of the form came in the sixth place, as proficiency was 63.78%. The skill of writing data parts of the shape came in the seventh and final place as proficiency was 61.2%. (Published abstract)
