القيادة التكيفية وعلاقتها بالتوجه الريادي في المدارس العربية
The study aimed to test the relationship between adaptive leadership and its relationship to entrepreneurial orientation in Arab schools. The study adopted a descriptive correlational approach using a questionnaire as the tool for collecting the data of the study. The study was applied to a random sample of 610 of teachers in the Sultanate of Oman and Jordan. The study revealed that the sample's estimation level of adaptive leadership in Arab schools was high. The study also revealed that the study sample's estimation level of entrepreneurial orientation in Arab schools was also high. The results also revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between adaptive leadership and entrepreneurial orientation in Arab schools. The study recommended the need to benefit from previous experiences, whether self, local, or international, in improving daily and quarterly plans and working on holding meetings between school administrations to exchange experiences, improve the working environment, and enhance mutual benefit.
