أثر ممارسة الألعاب الإلكترونية على الذكاء المنطقي لدى عينة من طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظة جدة في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية
The study aimed to identify the level of logical intelligence, the effect of playing a group of selected electronic games in developing logical intelligence among a group of students in the primary stage in Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the differences in logical intelligence that are attributed to the variables of gender and academic grade (fourth, fifth, sixth) primary school. The study sample consisted of (19) male and female primary school students in Jeddah. The study tools were applied, which consisted of a group of selected electronic games, and logical intelligence scale among children. The results showed that there was an average level of logical intelligence among the study sample, and that there was an effect of playing a group of selected electronic games in developing logical intelligence. It also appeared that there was no logical intelligence is attributed to gender and academic grade, the study recommended preparing a developmental guidance program to define appropriate behavioral frameworks for programmers in electronic games, and preparing an ethical charter for electronic game programmers.
