The study aimed to reveal the availability of health concepts in science books for the third grade of primary school in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The descriptive approach was used using the content analysis method. The study tool was the health concepts analysis card, relying on the idea as the unit of analysis, and it included (41) indicators. The study sample consisted of science books for the third grade of primary school in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and they numbered three books distributed over three chapters (the first semester, the second semester, and the third semester). The following results were reached: The results of the study showed that the total frequencies of health concepts in the science books for the third grade primary school in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia reached (4) repetitions, where the concept of environmental health came in first place with (2) repetitions and a percentage of (0.22%), and the concepts of growth and development came in second place with (1) repetitions and a percentage of (0.11%), and the concepts of personal health ranked third with a frequency of (1) and a percentage of (0.12%). Community health ranked fourth with a frequency of (0) and with a percentage of (0%). The study came out with recommendations, the most important of which are: The need for curriculum designers for the primary stage to realize the importance of including health concepts and their themes, which focus on the personal, environmental, and societal aspects.
