درجة توظيف برنامج "ريالي" لتنمية مهارات الوعي المالي من وجهة نظر ‏معلمات الرياضيات للصف الثالث الابتدائي

The study aims to investigate the availability to which the “Riyali” program is used to develop financial awareness skills from the perspective of third grade mathematics teachers. The descriptive approach is used in this study. The study tool is a questionnaire consisting of (26) items distributed over (4) topics (Financial Planning - Saving - Financial Dignity - Investment) to examine the financial awareness skills. The study sample consists of (112) female mathematics teachers of the third grade at the elementary public and private schools in the West of Dammam City in Saudi Arabia, and selected by random sampling method. The results of the study indicate that the availability of employing the “Riyali” program to develop financial awareness skills from the perspective of mathematics teachers of the third grade at elementary school average is (4.31) as strongly agree. As the results of the skills, they are as follows in descending order: Saving skill with an average of (4.44) as strongly agree, the financial planning skill with an average of (4.37) as strongly agree, the financial dignity skill with an average of (4.28) as strongly agree, and finally the investment skill with an average of (4.19) as strongly agree. Based on the results, the study recommends the need of implementing workshops for children at an early age on the significance of investment and economic return personally and internationally. It also recommends providing early childhood workshops for parents to educate them about the significance of developing financial awareness skills for their children from an early age.
