The study aimed to identify the digital content production skills needed to be developed by secondary school teachers, and then present a proposal for an electronic training program based on interactive video in developing digital content production skills for secondary school teachers, so the semi-experimental approach was used with two control and experimental groups with two tests (Before- after), and the study population consisted of secondary school teachers in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, a random sample of 60 female teachers was chosen, and it was confirmed that the control and experimental groups were equal in the pre-test. The study tool was an achievement test to measure the cognitive and performance aspects of female teachers in the production of digital content. The obtained results showed that: There was a great effect size of "The Proposed training program" on "Cognitive Side Skills" with value (0.70) and great effectiveness (1.24), and "The skill of dealing with slides" with value (0.89) and great effectiveness (1.38), and "The skill of dealing with texts" with great impact size (0.88) and great effectiveness (1.38), and "The skill of dealing with graphics and pictures" with great impact size (0.89) and great effectiveness (1.38), and "The skill of dealing with audio and video clips" with great impact size (0.89), and great effect (1.25), and "The skill of dealing with external files" with great effect size (0.64) and great effect (1.40), and "The test preparation skill" with great effect size (0.92) and great effect (1.60), and "The skill of "preparing Presentations" with great impact size (0.86) and medium effectiveness (1.12). and "The skill of preserving and publishing the electronic lesson" with great impact size (0.91) and great effectiveness (1.45), and "The total score for the skills of performing digital content production" with great impact size (0.90) and great effectiveness (1.36). The study recommended the possibility of using the training program based on the interactive video in developing the digital content production skills of secondary school teachers.
