برامج تنمية مهارات الذكاء الرقمي في دولة سنغافورة : دراسة حالة
The study aimed to identify programs that develop digital intelligence skills in Singapore, with the goal of determining the measures by which they can be provided to students in schools. To achieve this goal, a case study method was used to align with the nature of the current research. The study analyzed the forces and factors that affect Singapore and arrived at a number of results, the most prominent of which is that digital intelligence skills are a fundamental requirement in this era and students must be enabled to acquire them. Educational institutions and related entities can contribute to providing programs to develop digital intelligence skills for school students. The study also found that digital intelligence skills can be introduced through multiple methods, whether through curricula or school activities. The Ministry of Education is keen on strengthening the role of parents and providing them with guidance, advice, and evidence to help them support their children and enable them to practice safe internet use. In light of these results, the researcher recommends offering an educational curriculum that focuses on digital intelligence skills, setting goals for programs that develop digital intelligence skills to encompass all aspects of students' lives. Suitable plans and strategies should also be established to include all students at different educational stages, including teachers and officials in the community, to enhance their main role in meeting the requirements of Twenty-first Century Skills, and investing in technology to contribute to providing a positive and safe life for individuals and society while achieving growth, progress, and prosperity for the country.
