درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس لأبعاد الشفافية الإدارية في محافظة جنوب الباطنة بسلطنة عمان في ضوء نموذج بوزبايندير (bozbayindir model)
This study aimed to identify the practical degree of school principals for dimensions of administrative transparency in the Governorate of South Al Batinah in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the Bozbayindir Model, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (171) teachers. The results of the study reached that the practical degree of school principals for dimensions of administrative transparency in the Governorate of South Al Batinah in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the Bozbayindir Model was came generally high. They also came high in all dimensions; It was also high in all dimensions, which are transparency in practice, evaluation, and information. The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample at the level (α≤0.05) attributable to the variables of gender, academic qualification, years of experience, and title Job.
