The aim of the research is to measure the effectiveness of using visual representations in e-learning during the Corona pandemic in developing the visual thinking of third-grade students in the intermediate science course in Riyadh at intermediate 48, and the researcher used the experimental method with one group. Drawings, pictures, shapes, graphs, etc. The visual thinking test with its various skills (recognition of shapes, analysis of shapes, linking between the parts of a shape, interpreting shapes, and inferring from shape) was the researcher’s tool. The researcher used a number of appropriate statistical treatments and methods to analyze the results of the study, including the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and the T-test for the interconnected group. Inclusion of visual representations in multiple forms in science books and not being limited to one form without the other, consistency between visual representations included in multiple forms in textbooks and related scientific concepts, and the need to train teachers to read visual representations in different science lessons.
