أثر استخدام الفيديو التفاعلي في تنمية الفهم القرائي باللغة الإنجليزية لدى طلاب الصف الثالث المتوسط بمدينة مكة المكرمة
This study aimed to reveal the effect of using interactive video to develop reading comprehension in English for students of the third intermediate grade in Makkah Al- Mukarramah. The researcher used the experimental method with a quasi-experimental design. The research community included all third-grade intermediate students in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, for the academic year (1442-1443 AH). The sample consisted of a random sample of (64) students from the third intermediate grade students at Al-Qaqaa School affiliated to Al-Wasat Office in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, where the researcher worked. The researcher divided this sample into two groups (experimental and control), each group consisted of 32 students. the experimental group is taught using the interactive video, and the control group is taught using the usual method. The study tool was the reading comprehension test. The study results concluded: There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group that uses (interactive video), and the mean scores of the control group that uses (traditional education) in the post application of the test of reading comprehension skills in favor of the experimental group, and there is a difference Statistically significant at the level of (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group that used (interactive video), in the pre and post application of the test of reading comprehension skills in favor of the post application.
