The study addressed the field of educational administration, it aimed to know the availability of the components of the physical and academic environment from the point of view of the students of faculty of education at Al Zaeim Al Azhari university, the researcher followed the descriptive method, the sample was (116) of science class students, the questionnaire was used as a tool of data collection, the data was analyzed by the statistical package of the social sciences (SPSS), (T) test. The researcher came to many results, the most important: 1) There were statistically significant differences at the alpha level 0.05 when it comes to the availability of college environment physical components in all axis (buildings and their equipment, areas for activates and entertainments, college library, cafeteria, medical clinic, dormitories, students affairs, admissions and registration, scientific and electronic laboratories, and sanitary facilities) from students of college of Education at Al Zaeim Al Azhari's point of view. 2) There were no statistically significant differences at the alpha level 0.05 when it comes to the availability of academic components in professors axis from students of college of Education at Al Zaeim Al Azhari's point of view. 3) There were statistically significant differences at the alpha level 0.05 when it comes to the availability of academic components (professors, academic plans, available majors, teaching style, evaluation and textbooks ) from students of college of Education at Al Zaeim Al Azhari's point of view according to the gender variant through the result that research has found she gave some recommendation: The necessity of working on improving social relation amongst the teaching staff and the students of college of Education at Al Zaeim AlAzhary, the necessity of proportionating the number of professors to the number of students of college of Education at Al Zaeim AlAzhary.
