The study aimed at identifying the "role of play in the development of some leadership skills of the child from the point of view of the parameters," to achieve this goal, the study used the descriptive approach , and a questionnaire consisting of (23) paragraphs divided into five domains: skill (communication - motivation (achievement - self-confidence) - decision making - problem solving) as a data collection tool, during the academic year 1444, the second semester on a sample consisting of (115) kindergarten teachers in the city of Dammam randomly, and the results of the results: that the role of play is very high, and that there are no statistically significant differences in looking at the role of games in the development of leadership skill due to specialization, and the study recommends: games that develop the child’s communication skill, decision-making skill, problem-solving skill during the curricula and making games an integral and essential part of the curriculum, including leadership skills in School activities in kindergartens in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focusing on teaching kindergarten children leadership skills through games, providing an educational environment that helps develop leadership skills, one of the important skills in the future, interest in games and accuracy in calming them down Developing children's leadership skills.
