The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of a proposed educational strategy based on word order theory to develop rhetorical concepts and its impact on the narrative and descriptive written performance skills for secondary stage school students in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The research used the following educational tools and material a list of rhetorical concepts, a list of narrative and descriptive written performance skills, a rhetorical concept test, and a test of written performance skills for secondary stage students. student book and teacher's guide to an educational strategy based on word order theory. The results reached the effectiveness of the proposed educational strategy based on word order theory in developing rhetorical concepts in the research group, and a positive relationship between the development of rhetorical concepts and the development of narrative and descriptive written performance skills.
