The research attempted to develop creative writing expression skills among Non-native learners of Arabic language (Intermediate level). To achieve this goal, the researchers employed the descriptive approach and One-group quasi-experimental approach. The researchers prepared a checklist of creative writing expression skills suitable for Non-native learners of Arabic language (Intermediate level). A test of creative writing expression skills, analysis sheet of learners' writing, assessment rubric, and a suggested strategy-based Imagination were prepared as tools of the research. The suggested strategy based on Imagination and the research tools were administered on the research group which consisted of 10 intermediate-level learners at Lisan Al Arab Center for Teaching Arabic for Non-native speakers in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The research results indicated that there is a statistically significant difference at the 0.01 level between the mean scores of the pre and post administrations of creative writing expression skills' test, in favor of the post administration. The results indicated the effectiveness of the suggested strategy for developing creative writing expression skills among Non-native learners of Arabic language (Intermediate level). Based on the research results, the researchers recommended using Imagination-based strategies and programs for developing creative oral expression skills, critical and creative reading skills of Arabic language.
