The aim of the research is to determine the standards that must be met when designing an electronic learning environment based on the peer learning style (interchange/ fixed) and the group formation style (social / free) to develop some social skills among middle school students. To achieve this goal, the researcher prepared standards for designing an environment E-learning, and the research results reached a list of design criteria for an e-learning environment based on interaction between peer learning (fixed / reciprocal) and group formation (social / free) to develop programming skills and some social skills among middle school students.
