The aim of this research is to develop Arabic listening skills among primary school students with learning difficulties in the State of Kuwait through storytelling approach. To achieve this goal, the researcher prepared a list of listening skills suitable for the research group, And listening skills test, then she selected a research group consisting of (20) students and then applied the listening skills test beforehand, then taught with the proposed program based on the storytelling approach, then applied the listening skills test posthumously, and verified the effectiveness of the storytelling approach in developing listening skills, The results of the research confirmed the presence of a statistically significant difference at the level of 0.05 in favor of the post-application of the listening skills test. In light of this, the research recommended the need to pay attention to the teaching of the storytelling approach in Arabic language, as it is concerned with the positive and participation of students with learning difficulties in the educational process through the implementation of many educational scientific activities based on the story. This leads to the development of the abilities of these students, which helps them to face different life situations. (Published abstract)
