The study aimed to identify the reality of the practice of administrative transparency in Palestinian universities. from the point of view of faculty members, according to the variables: (gender, number of years of experience). To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the study population consisted of faculty members in Palestinian universities, who numbered (2779), the sample size was (250), they were selected by random stratified method, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study. The results showed that the overall score for the scale of the reality of administrative transparency in Palestinian universities from the point of view of faculty members was high for the overall score in all areas, except for the field of participation, which was average. The results showed statistically significant differences at the significance level (α<0.05) between the averages of practicing administrative transparency in Palestinian universities from the point of view of faculty members due to the variables: (gender, job title, number of years of experience). The researcher recommends strengthening work to increase the activation of the administrative communication system. This is because the organizational climate in which a communication system is available. (Published abstract)
