أثر تدريس العلوم باستخدام الخرائط الذهنية الإلكترونية في التحصيل الدراسي والاستمتاع بتعلم العلوم لدى طالبات الصف الثامن الأساسي
This study aims at identifying the effectiveness of using mind in developing Omani female students’ achievement and enjoyment of learning science. The study sample included 68 8th grade Omani female students, split up into two groups: experimental (n=34) and control (n=34). To achieve study objectives, an achievement tests was constructed with a reliability coefficient of 0.83, and a scale for enjoyment of learning science was also prepared with reliability coefficient of 0.79. Study was carried out over four weeks in the second semester from the academic year 2022-2023. The results showed a statistically significant difference at α≤0.05 in favour of experimental group in both science achievement and science learning enjoyment. Accordingly, the study recommended conducting pre- and in-service training sessions on using mind maps and organizing maps teaching strategies and tackling other variables in doing further research on these strategies.
