The aim of the research is to develop creative electronic writing skills in the Arabic language among secondary school learners from my school (Khalil Agha secondary school for boys - Bab Al Shaaria administration, and Al Nasr experimental secondary school - Bab Al Shaaria administration, using the sources of knowledge, and the researcher mixed the two approaches: descriptive, analytical, and experimental to apply the use of sources knowledge on the experimental group, and building research tools and educational materials, which are: a questionnaire of appropriate creative electronic writing skills for first year secondary learners, testing creative electronic writing skills; for first-year secondary learners, a scale for estimating creative electronic writing scores for first year secondary learners, a program based on knowledge sources to develop creative electronic writing skills, teacher's guide; to use the program based on the use of knowledge resources, learner's handbook; to develop creative electronic writing skills using sources of knowledge. The research reached the following results: there is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group learners in the two applications: the pre and post applications in developing creative electronic writing skills as a whole in favor of the post application, there is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05 ≥α) between the mean scores of the control group learners and the experimental group learners in the post application of the creative electronic writing skills test - in each skill separately - in favor of the experimental group. In light of the results, the researcher recommends the need to reconsider the Arabic language teacher preparation programs in line with the roles entrusted to him in light of the recommendations that call for the need to use modern technologies in teaching the Arabic language, and to benefit from the list of creative electronic writing skills that resulted from the research in designing a functional writing course in secondary stage according to the employment of knowledge sources in teaching creative electronic writing.
