The aim of the research is to develop the oral fluency of second-year middle school students, by identifying the applications of these skills available to them, the teaching model, the proposed teaching model in developing oral fluency skills, and a list of oral fluency skills for second-year middle school students was prepared, and an oral fluency performance card was prepared to measure the level of performance of these students in oral fluency skills, and the teaching model based on the intertextual reading approach was prepared, and put in the form of a teacher's guide to evaluate the students' performance.
