برنامج تدريبي قائم على نموذج تيباك (tpack) لتنمية وعي معلمي المواد الفلسفية والاجتماعية باحتياجات الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة البصرية والطلاقة الرقمية
The research attempts to develop awareness teachers of philosophy and social to needs of students blind or low vision and digital fluency, through drill programs based on TPACK Model. To achieve this goal, the researcher administered of Two research tools: an observation a scale of the needs of Students visual impairment Awareness and Not card Digital fluency. The research group consisted of (30) teachers of philosophy. The experimental group received treatment through the program based on TPACK Model. Pre-post administrations of Two research tools were applied to the experimental group. After analyzing data, the results indicated that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre / post administrations on the level of the needs of Students visual impairment Awareness and Not card Digital fluency in favor of the post administration. Consequently, the impact of the Drill programs Based on TPACK Model in developing the needs of Students visual impairment Awareness and Not card Digital fluency among teachers of philosophy was very large. The researcher recommends that the course of the Developing career development programs for teachers of philosophical and social subjects by including the TBACK technical model curriculum with programs for preparing and training teachers of philosophical and social subjects, and providing subsidies from the Ministry of Communications to provide students with visual disabilities with a personal computer loaded with a voice-activated program for students, and providing schools with electronic lines to supplement books with tactile and audio means. Helps teachers and students practice digital fluency skills. (Published abstract)
