The study aimed to develop a test to detect gifted people in the legal field and care for them in light of the theory of successful intelligence, with a high degree of reliability and validity of the factor structure. Developing an electronic version of the test so that it can be used in Sharia academic institutions and bodies, and can be used easily and effectively to identify gifted students in the Sharia field, which contributes to investing the time and effort spent with the best gifted Sharia students. The sample of the first study (studying the paper version of the test) consisted of (250 students) gifted students in Sharia science, all of them male, who were nominated from the Sharia science incubators (in Mecca, Medina, Riyadh, and Sharqia) as gifted students through their professors. Their ages ranged from 18-22 years. The sample of the second study (electronic version study) consisted of (350) forensic science students who were nominated as gifted students from the same cities mentioned above, and their ages ranged between 18-24 years. The results reached by the current study confirm the validity of the factorial structure of the successful intelligence test to identify gifted students in forensic science, both its paper and electronic versions, as the study showed the validity of the factorial structure of the test, and that it also enjoys an acceptable degree of reliability. This gives confidence in using it to identify talented students in legal work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. (Published abstract)
