This study aimed to identify the relationship between school bullying and learning achievement with learning disabilities students in higher primary education from their teachers' point of view in Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region. The sample of the study was composed of 137 teachers. To address the problem of the study, a 44-item questionnaire was developed by the researcher. The findings of the study revealed that: the level of school bullying encountered by learning disabilities students in higher primary education in Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region was low; there was a statistically significant correlative relationship between the level of school bullying and learning achievement with learning disabilities students; and there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample attributed to the variables of sex, class, and type of sector. Based on the findings of the study, the study recommended to establish educational and guidance programs to train the students with learning disabilities to be able to defend themselves against the school bully of their peers.
