This study aimed to know the effectiveness of the educational program implemented at the higher institute for teacher training in N'Djamena, department of primary school supervisors, and its role in raising professional competence from the point of view of male and female headmasters of primary schools, the first district as a case study. The researchers followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the target population consisted of 25 headmasters, where the sampled population was (21) headmasters, constituting a percentage of (84%) of the original target population. They were selected randomly. To achieve the research objectives, the researchers designed a questionnaire to measure the effectiveness of the educational program implemented in the department of primary school supervisors. The questionnaire consisted of (57) items and covered six variables. (Published abstract)
