The study aimed to identify the attitudes of teachers, who teach pupils with learning difficulties towards the use of tablets in teaching and their relationship to the educational technical competencies, in light of the study variables (gender and years of experience). The study sample consisted of 72 male and female teachers, who teach pupils with learning difficulties 41 of whom are males, while 31 are females. The author adopted the relational descriptive approach, and used the questionnaire she prepared to measure the attitudes of teachers, who teach pupils with learning difficulties, towards using tablets in teaching as well as the educational technical competencies measurement scale for teachers of students with learning difficulties (prepared by al-Fadhli, 2017). The findings of the study demonstrated that the attitudes of teachers, who teach pupils with learning difficulties, towards the use of tablets in teaching were positively high, as the study showed that there are no statistically significant differences for the gender variable in the attitudes of teachers of pupils with learning difficulties towards the use of tablets in teaching. Similarly, there are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of teachers of pupils with learning difficulties towards the use of tablets in teaching that are due to the experience variable. The findings further revealed that the educational technical competencies of teachers of students with learning difficulties are widely available, and that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of teachers of students with difficulties in the degree of availability of educational technical competencies according to gender difference in all dimensions of the competencies.
