The study aimed to identify the relationship between creative performance, superior emotional arousal, and psychological-emotional adjustment, among gifted students in intermediate schools in the city of Qatif. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive correlative approach was used to study the relationship between creative performance, superior emotional arousal, and psychological emotional adjustment among gifted students. The sample consisted of 240 male and female students. The creative performance scale, the superior emotional arousal scale, and the psychosocial adjustment scale were employed. The results revealed that: 1) There is a correlation between psychological adjustment and creative performance among gifted students in the city of Qatif, where the Pearson correlation coefficient was (.334**), and the significance value was (.000). 2) There is a correlation between psychological adjustment and emotional arousal among gifted students in the city of Qatif, where the Pearson correlation coefficient was (.322**), and the significance value was (.0000). 3) There is a correlation between creative performance and emotional arousal among gifted students in Qatif city, where the Pearson correlation coefficient was (.322**), and the significance value was (.0000). 4) There are no differences in psychosocial adjustment according to the gender variable, as the t-test values were (-1.270), and the significance values were (.205), which is greater than the value of (0.05). 5) There are differences in psychosocial adjustment according to the gender variable, in favor of females, as the t-test values were (-1.270), and the significance values were (0.205), which is greater than the value of (0.05). 6) There are differences in emotional arousal according to the gender variable, as the t-test values were (-5.179), and the significance values were (0.000), which is greater than the value of (0.05), in favor of males. The study recommended: The need to pay attention to the category of gifted students in terms of creativity, emotional and social, by providing a school environment that supports creativity and enhances psychological and social compatibility. Providing a guide for teachers on how to enhance student stimulation and their social and psychological compatibility. (Published abstract)
