الإحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمات الرياضيات والعلوم في ضوء مدخل التكامل بين العلوم والتقنية والهندسة والرياضيات stem
The research aimed to investigate the training needs of female mathematics and science teachers in light of the integration approach between science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), by surveying the perspectives of a sample of mathematics and science female teachers in the city of Riyadh, numbering 395 female teachers were randomly selected. To achieve the research objectives, a questionnaire was constructed which consisted of (20) items distributed over (3) main axes. The study concluded with some teaching practices in light of (STEM) approach. It also concluded that the training needs of the STEM integration approach, it was of a high degree, and that there were statistically significant differences among the sample members according to specialization in favor of science specialization, and the training courses variable in favor of five or more courses. While there were no statistically significant differences due to the variables of educational stage and years of experience. The study recommended taking advantage of the findings of practices and training needs in light of the STEM approach to prepare training programs for mathematics and science teachers.
