This study aimed to investigate the significance of the relationship between quality of life, self-confidence, among high school students in Adham Governorate. according to the level of self-confidence (high - medium - low) among high school students. It also aimed to verify the possibility of predicting levels of quality of life among high school students through self -confidence. The descriptive correlation approach was adopted. It was conducted on a sample of (201) secondary school students in Adham Governorate. The quality of life scale prepared by Fatima Al-Zahrani (2021), the self-confidence scale prepared by Saleh bin Yahya Al-Ghamdi (2009), were applied to them. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant (0.01) medium (positive) correlation between quality of life and self-confidence. The results also showed that self-confidence explain (38.1%) of the levels of quality of life among secondary school students in Adham Governorate. Based on the findings of the study, the study recommended attention to enhancing self-confidence among secondary school students, and to provide an educational environment that allows students freedom of participation, expression and exchange of ideas, and provides opportunities for self-responsibility, and enhances opportunities for independence and self- reliance.
