The aim of this research is to prepare a list of proposed standards based on the 21st century skills. It also aimed at evaluating the English language curriculum for the primary stage in the light of the proposed standards based on the21st century skills. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the descriptive approach represented by content analysis. The research sample consisted of the English Language course of the fifth grade for the three terms. The researcher prepared a content analysis content consisting of After verifying the 69 standards distributed over the 21st century skills. validity and reliability of the research tool, it is conducted on the sample. The results showed that the total degree of availability of the proposed standards was an average of 1.6 with the availability of "incomplete". Therefore, the researcher recommends to change the English language curriculum (We Can) because it is not suitable for the standards necessary to integrate 21st century skills in all its components.
